BASA distinguishes between two primary user roles, each with its own access and capabilities:

Agency (Agency):

  • Creates and manages campaigns.

  • Has access to dashboards showing campaign progress.

  • Can add clients, assign budgets, define objectives, and select influencers.

  • Can create custom forms and NDAs during campaign setup.

Influencer:

  • Applies to campaigns created by Agencies.

  • Views campaigns available to them.

  • Negotiates terms, collaborates, and completes deliverables.

Each user type has a personalized home screen and access to features relevant to their role.
